Midway United Methodist Church is a loving community. Come join us to experience fellowship and share the love of Jesus Christ. Our church family includes all ages - young and senior adults, teens, children and infants-from Cumming and all of Forsyth, Fulton, Cherokee, and Hall Counties in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
Our God-centered activities include worship, choirs, a praise band, Sunday School, Bible study, pre-school, before and after school care, summer camps, vacation bible school, Upward Basketball and Cheerleading, Men's and Women's fellowship groups, Disciple training, confirmation, missions and community outreach.
We have an 8:30 traditional worship, a 9:30 Sunday school hour followed by a 10:30 am children's worship hour (Living H2O Explosion) and a 10:45 am contemporary worship every Sunday. Our familiar historic chapel at the corner of Atlanta Highway 9 and Frances Road near the Midway Meal House is the setting for our 8:30 am traditional worship. Living H2O is held in our full size gymnasium. The contemporary service is held in the large sanctuary attached to our fellowship hall. Join us to hear our fast paced, uplifting music and message!
Our campus is a host to many activities. The fellowship hall has two stories of classrooms, a full gymnasium, a commercial kitchen, dining area for our Wednesday Night Suppers, youth room and library. Our campus also has a scout center, a barbeque pavilion, a jungle gym playground, and a sports field. Some of our best-known events include our Fall and Spring Children's Consignment Sales, our "world-famous" Chicken Barbeque, Wee Wonder Pre-School and FunKidz after-school programs.
