What To Expect

Expect to be warmly greeted and to feel right at home on your first visit, whether online or in person.  You’ll find the worship services are simple to follow, the teaching is impactful and relevant to your life, and there are no insider secrets. There are friendly folks eager to help without overwhelming you, giving you all the space you need. Our goal is simply for you to return the next week.  Each service varies in worship style and personality, with music styles ranging from traditional to contemporary.

A typical service lasts about 50 minutes.
At the traditional services (8:30 & 9:45), you'll hear hymns and share in the traditional United Methodist order of worship, which consists of the Lord's Prayer, and the Apostle's Creed (or another creed stating what we believe), with a scripture reading and sermon delivered by one of our clergy.

At the contemporary service (11:00), you'll hear contemporary Christian songs led by our worship team, with a scripture reading and message delivered by our clergy.

At each service, we usually share in Holy Communion on the first Sunday of each month. In person:  each worshiper receives a wafer and juice which are individually packaged.  Worshiping from home: we gather the appropriate elements on our own, using this guide.

Child care is available for nursery through 3rd grade at the 11:00 service. Reservations are required.
