 Midway's youth ministry helps students in 6th through 12th grades find a sense of purpose and belonging in their relationships with God, each other, and their community. It's a place where students can be themselves as they learn about the love of God through Christ's teaching. Students from a variety of backgrounds and faith journeys come together through fellowship, study, and service.

Confirmation

Confirmation is a time for students to claim their faith for themselves and to confirm the vows taken for them by their families at their baptism.

Through Confirmation classes, students have the opportunity to explore their faith by asking questions, digging deeper, serving others, and learning more about God and the Church. Adult mentors share their journey and provide guidance along the path . At the end of Confirmation, these students will be invited to make a public commitment to Christ and become a full member of our church community.

Confirmation is more than just a rite of passage or a one-time commitment. It is the first official step in a life-long journey to following Christ and serving God’s Church.
